Sometimes this is easier said than done. I am extremely thankful to be alive. I guess I just don’t always stop and think about how grateful I am. I tend to think about the negative aspects of life. I need to change that and focus on all the wonderful parts of my life. I have wonderful kids and grandkids. I have a fantastic husband who loves me and is supportive of me. I have a house in the country, something I have always wanted. OK – time to get out my gratefulness journal and start writing things daily that I am thankful for.
